Workshops for Beginning and Experienced Monitors

These workshops are for both beginning & experienced monitors. We’ll teach and review the calls of our 13 frog and toad species, help monitors find survey sites, and discuss the monitoring protocol. Experienced monitors are encouraged to attend, in order to learn any protocol changes, obtain data sheets, review frog calls, and share lessons learned from last year.

Our 2022 frog monitor training workshops will be held on zoom. New and returning monitors from any county are welcome to attend any of the sessions, even if it is co-hosted by a different county than where you plan to monitor. You are only required to attend one training workshop. The registration links for the zoom workshops are posted below. Please complete the registration for the session you would like to attend, and you should receive a confirmation email.
If you have any questions, please contact Allison at asacerdote-velat@naturemuseum.org
